Learning in the virtual classroom has expectations just like in the physical classroom. Below is a list of Meigs expectations for digital learning. Not following these expectations can result in disciplinary measures just like in the classroom.
Meigs Academic Magnet Virtual Behavior Expectations 2020-2021 1. Video should be on mute unless the student is asked to speak. 2. Students should show their face on the camera. 3. Only students who are receiving instruction should be on the camera/participating in class. 4. During synchronous instruction students should be fully engaged. 5. Students should be fully clothed, with no inappropriate language, drug/alcohol, weapons on their clothing, or they will be asked to change to participate on camera. |
